    Quantum Mechanics and Classical Mechanics are well understood topics and scientist can recreate observable facts in computers/ explain it in a mathematical model. Therefore, they are ab initio models.

    Similarly, classical electromagnetism is also well understood and natural phenomenon can be reproduced in computers and explained well in mathematical models. So it is also ab initio model.
